Kieth specializes in therapeutic massage for pain management and recovery, with a focus on helping you move more comfortably and return to the activities you love. Kieth graduated from the Milan Institute in 2009. His approach includes Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and sports massage, along with tools such as cupping and Gua Sha when appropriate to the session.

As a Reiki Master, he also makes space for clients who are drawn to a quieter, reflective wellness experience. Every visit begins with the individual—your comfort, your preferences and your reasons for being there.
